I, Gad Meir, Israeli ID No. 050281286, am the owner of the Video-In-Motion (VIM) brand, which I used approximately 30 years ago to film Israeli folk dance workshops and events in the United States, Canada, South America, and Israel. At these events, instructors taught folk dances and participants danced for their enjoyment.

For each such event, I received permission from the event organizers and the instructors to film, edit instructional videos, distribute, and sell video recordings of the event.

I hereby assign, without any limitation in time, all of my rights in these VIM recordings to the “Rokdim” website, in order to enable access for all those engaged in and interested in the history and development of Israeli folk dance.

I am aware that Mr. Yaron Meishar, owner of the “Rokdim” website, invested many hours of work and substantial financial resources to convert these recordings into digital format and to catalog and organize each film and each dance individually. Therefore, I expressly request that all persons involved in the field refrain from making any use whatsoever of these recordings, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization from “Rokdim.”
